The music talent show organized by Dr. Tim Godfrey, SOUNDCHECK SEASON 3 has produced a winner! The competition wrapped up yesterday with a Grand Finale that was graced with performances by Prospa Ochimana, South Africa’s Dr. Tumi, the American gospel artist, Phil Thompson and Sammie Okposo.

The event was featured live on Tim Godfrey’s YouTube page as well as DSTV on channel 189. In announcing the winner yesterday, Tim Godfrey took to Instagram to say this:

Ifeoma Blessing Ekwubi now stands as the current SOUNDCHECK champion with runners up Prince Eresimodu and Lilian Anyom. They all walk awy with something as they are likely to collaborate with Tim Godfrey and ROXNATION on a future music project.
For the winner, she gets a lump sum as prize money as well as a recording deal courtesy of Tim Godfrey.
Congratulations to Ifeoma Ekwubi upon achieving this feat! As well as Tim Godfrey for a job well done.
