One thing you should seek for this year is not to shout "I receive" but to say "I come into process" See, this year, don't deceive yourself. Your pastor is not your age mate spiritually!
Youths have an issue of seeing the difference between someone who need to undergo process and someone who have made progress in their walk with God. Comparing yourself with your pastor scriptures says is not wise.
Truth is, people think when their Pastor preaches, they feel they're in the same phase with their pastor. It's not everything you can shout "I receive" for. You need process in some things.
A young believer who is still undergoing process or who need to undergo process and behaving like he's at the peak spiritually is not walking in wisdom.
One of the things you need to do this year is to receive "sense". Sense to know what to receive from what you need process on.
Don't be like that man who fought to win a war but doesn't have what it takes to keep it. You should identify where you are spiritually and not deceive yourself.
To think your pastor prays gently at the altar is equated to how he prays in the secret place of prayers is to walk in foolishness.
Some men of God pray like thunder in their secret places, some because there's no time and want to keep at four services may be the reason they pray that way at the pulpit.
Building your own personal altar and knowing where you belong is important for you in this new season. Walk in wisdom, embrace process so you can make progress this year!
