1. DEVELOP INVESTMENT NOT SAVING MENTALITY.

Spending all your income is not good.

Saving from your income is better.

Investing from your income is the best.

The difference between the rich and the poor are their INVESTMENTS.

Pastor Reno Omokri said "If you SAVE money, you will remain POOR.

Savings CANT make you rich because INFLATION is designed to DEVALUE SAVINGS.

If you SAVE, you are only ENRICHING your BANK. Only INVESTMENTS can make you RICH, because they can grow FASTER than INFLATION (the higher the RISK, the higher the growth).

For example, I bought Apple shares worth $1200 in 2009.

Today, those shares are worth over $10,000.

If I had saved that money, at the highest interest rate in America (1.5%), I would have had $1,413.51 by now.

Meanwhile, the average rate of inflation is 2%. Meaning that my $1200 of 2009 would have an inflation adjusted value of $1,491.98.

The effect is that my money would have lost value by $78.47.

Don't put all your eggs into the basket of savings. Invest most of it in real estate, shares, mutual funds or other sound investment.

2. GET A DEGREE , SKILL OR BUSINESS.

A jobless Brother or Sister will always be a liability to the partner.

If you can't afford a degree, learn a skill or go into business.

An idle partner is not supposed to eat according to the Bible.

There are whatsapp, youtube, Google search training on fashion design, cooking, baking etc you can enrol for.

3. DISCOVER AND SHARPEN YOUR TALENT AND GIFTS .

Talents are God's natural skill embedded in you.

It could be singing, drawing, painting, sport, buying and selling, cooking etc.

Once you discover you easily perform better and best in any of these areas, sharpen the talents and gain more knowledge to maximize it and turn it to money.

4. DISCOVER AND FULFILL PURPOSE.

A purpose driven Sister or Brother is a treasure to the partner. Like I always say "They don't lack suitors".

Some men or women are not working under anybody but works for God by impacting lives.

Their ministry, books, preachings have gone to nook and cranny of the whole world. That's purpose fulfilment.

5. BE SEXUALLY PURE.

If you don't want to be a liability to your wife or husband, control your erection or emotion.

You need to believe you are not permitted to have sex outside marriage.

This will go a long way to help you and your partner from running into lost.

Many are liability because they carry prostitute or have girlfriend they invest their money on aside the wife at home.

Many partners are nursing sickness they didn't contact from their partner.

I have seen scenario whereby husband infects wife with STDs.

Some Couples died after infecting each other with HIV. Sexual Purity is a great virtue you must strive to attain.

6. BE VISIONARY AND AMBITIOUS.

You should be a man or woman of vision.

Your ambition could be to become a Professor, business tycoon or most professional fashion designer in the Fashion industry.

Your greatest vision as a lady should not just be to give birth to children, then stay at home without having anything you wanna become or pursue in life.

A man should not only donate sperm and have children without having anything such wanna become in life.

Who is your role model?

Who motivates you?

Who do you see yourself to be in the future?

Some wanna become the future Kenneth E Hagin, Myles Munroe, Bill Gate etc.

7. DEVELOP GOOD CHARACTER .

It's better to be on alone on the roof top than living with a nagging man or woman in a home.

Respect men and women.

Be hospitable.

Stop being unfriendly.

Stop complaining, it doesn't change people.

Stop destructive criticism, it always bring out the worst out of people.

Stop condemnation, it will harden your partners mind.

The best way to change people is to ignore their weakness, correct them where necessary and show them how you overcame your weakness and let them see reasons they need to go for personal development.

Learn to accommodate people and live peaceably with all men.

8. DEVELOP GOOD PUBLIC SPEAKING SKILL.

You should be able to address people effectively in a church, meeting, gathering or anywhere you are to represent your husband or wife.

Your partner should confidently say you should represent him or her in a speaking engagement.

You should be able to speak simple and correct English without stammering.

Leaders are Writers. If you wanna lead effectively, you must write.

Your partner should be able to bank on you just to help in writing a good write up or letter.

10. DEVELOP A GOOD DRESS CODE .

Good dress sense helps to develop self confidence.

Colour combination helps to beautify your appearance.

Remember this, you will mostly be addressed the way you dress.

Most victims of abuse in relationship and marriage are mostly liability to their partner.

When you know your worth, no man or woman can abuse you.

Finally, a man or woman would always want to be with a partner who's full of values.

Refuse to be a liability.

Be a man or woman full of treasure.
